Other car insurance reviews
Endsleigh offer four different levels of breakdown cover, so you can pick and choose the right one for you. All of the options will provide cover for roadside repairs if you are more than a quarter of a mile away from your home address – or they will take you to a nearby garage. No mileage or call-out charges will apply.
Legal expenses cover
If you have a car accident that’s not your fault, Endsleigh can provide up to £100,000 worth of legal cover for you and all named drivers on the policy to pursue a claim for any losses not covered by your car insurance e.g. personal injury, loss of earnings etc.
This optional extra will cover your excess payment – which is the part of any claim that you have to pay yourself – up to your specified limit. However, windscreen excesses are not included.
This optional extra gives you up to £2,500 of cover for replacing locks and keys for not just your car but also your home and office – including the locksmith charges. You can also get three days of emergency car hire, or the option to reclaim your own transport costs, if your keys are lost or stolen.
Personal accident cover
Endsleigh also offers up to £30,000 of personal accident cover for you as well as your passengers in the event of a serious injury or loss of life following a car accident.
If your car is stolen and not recovered, or written-off after an accident, then this optional policy feature will provide you with a hire car for up to 21 days. The hire car can be driven by all named drivers on your policy aged between 18-79, and you will have cover for up to two claims on the hire car.

Is Aviva on price comparison websites?
No. Aviva is currently one of the most high profile car insurance providers who have chosen not to be included on price comparison websites like Confused.com and GoCompare.
Aviva were originally included on comparison sites, but took the decision to come off them back in 2008. At the time Aviva said in a statement:
“Aviva’s direct products came off price comparison websites in 2008. This is because we want our customers to come directly to us for our best prices, offers and deals.”
Aviva decided to remove their car insurance policies from price comparison websites in order to keep costs down and to make sure customers got the best deal by dealing directly with them, rather than a third party.
